1. Read a book at least 30 to 60 minutes a day or even more if possible. That way, your mind will be occupied with something more sensible.
2. Take regular rest especially during working days. The mind needs to rest more often in order for it to work properly.
3. Eat a healthy and balanced diet which contains all the nutritions that the body needs. A healthy mind leads to a healthy life.
4. Take regular exercises at least five times a week. Visit a local gym, lift some weights, go jogging or even take a walk to keep the mind energetic and strong.
5. Finally but not the least, spend much time with the family. Go to church, go shopping, go on a vacation and always be happy with what you have. God bless.
