
- 1. Read a book at least 30 to 60 minutes a day or even more if possible. That way, your mind will be occupied with something more sensible.
- 2. Take regular rest especially during working days. The mind needs to rest more often in order for it to work properly.
- 3. Eat a healthy and balanced diet which contains all the nutritions that the body needs. A healthy mind leads to a healthy life.
- 4. Take regular exercises at least five times a week. Visit a local gym, lift some weights, go jogging or even take a walk to keep the mind energetic and strong.
- 5. Finally but not the least, spend much time with the family. Go to church, go shopping, go on a vacation and always be happy with what you have. God bless.
